Shipping policy
Domestic Orders
We offer free shipping for all domestic orders over $35.
We offer a wide variety of shipping methods. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, distance, and shipping methods. To obtain your shipping cost, add the desired item (s) to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address. You will be shown the available shipping methods, expected in-transit times, and costs.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Our shipping department closes on weekends and Federal holidays. Order processing may be delayed if we need to verify your address or the contents of your order. Pre-orders or backorders will ship when the inventory is in stock.
Our domestic shipping services are
- Free shipping: Ship via USPS or UPS at our discretion. 4-7 business days
- USPS Ground Advantage mail: 3-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
- USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days
- UPS Ground: 2-5 business days.

Please note that in-transit times and delivery dates are best-faith estimates provided by the respective carriers; we cannot be responsible for carrier- or weather-related delays. In-transit times are business days.
Lithium Battery and Power Bank
Due to the new regulations, standalone lithium batteries and power banks can only be shipped via ground service to addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We are unable to ship these items to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, or other international destinations via USPS.
International Orders
We ship eligible products to Canada. Standalone lithium batteries and power banks cannot be shipped internationally. International orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 6–14 days. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or VAT fees.
