If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it. Please notify us by phone (512-258-6649) or email (support@longhorntactical.com) within 15 days of order delivery for return authorization. Please also pay attention to the following details when you send back the return.
- Please review the contents of your order carefully upon receipt. If there are any issues/damage(s) to your order, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue for you.
- Returned items must be the same item in the same condition as originally shipped.
- Any items that have been modified, welded or soldered are not eligible for return.
- If your order qualifies for our free shipping option, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. Any non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless waived by our customer service agent.
- Items that are purchased as a set have to be returned as a set to qualify for a full refund. Any items missing from the set or package will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- For returned orders that used a promotion code or discount, the refunded price will be adjusted accordingly to the discount given.
