Fenix LD22 v2.0 800 Lumen Rechargeable EDC Flashlight

Finally, a pen size flashlight with a rechargeable removable battery. This flashlight has excellent brightness levels and memory. Very nice size, fits well in the hand. So, basically I like everything about it. The only reason for the Four Stars instead of five, is because they should have a tactical mode, where you can half press the back (bottom) button for Strobe & full press for Turbo (or Vice Versa). The original 300 lumen model of this flashlight had a tactical mode. This is NOT a deal breaker and it is well priced but there is always discount codes available, which make it a steal. 7 modes (Strobe, SOS, & 5 brightness levels). The greatness is that the brightness levels are PERFECT (for me), Turbo 800, High 350 (which is excellent), Med 100 (another super amount), Low 30 (Still plenty bright for most scenarios), Eco 2 Lumens, which is great for getting around in the dark at night in your home without disturbing anyone and this lasts forever. Must mention, the Stainless Steel head protection ring (protects from drops). Both Dust & Waterproof IP68. ALSO, comes with both the Rechargeable battery and two AA. PLUS includes a nice soft nylon sheath. I can definitely RECOMMEND this flashlight and prefer it to the Nitecore MT2A Pro (because the Nitecore only has High 1000, Med 300, Low 50, no stainless steel head protection). And this says alot, normally I choose the Nitecore over the Fenix flashlights.

Needed a new light for work. Recommended the Fenix ld22 v2.0 by a co worker. Only complaint was His threw a greenish tinted hue at low voltage, but mine doesn't have that issue. Regardless, with 5 brightness settings to choose from and the hue getting whiter with increased voltage, you are sure to find a setting you like. Very bright light at full setting. Rechargeable lithium ion battery included and runs on AA batteries in a pinch. Top quality light. What more could you ask for?

Everything went as it should the light was shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. Cool little light.

I purchased a Fenix LD22 and had a question about powering up the unit. Well turns out the flashlite was smarter than me and with the great patience of Longhorn Tactical I now know what I'm doing. Thanks guys Chris
